These Terms govern your access to and use of HazyMinds, operated by HazyMinds LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You're responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use of the service.
- No attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the platform.
- No use that violates third-party rights, including privacy and IP.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise customers may receive a separate SLA.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, HazyMinds LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
